I had an interview for a promotion this morning. 1 hour and 40 minutes. 3 interviewers, 16 questions, one written essay. Ow.
This is the third time I've applied for this position. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this last year of being thrown head first into managing projects has gotten me the experience needed to get the damn promotion. It's been hellish and busy and stressful and I'm still dealing with fallout on a couple of projects. I guess the lesson I've learned so far is that it's not "if" something will push a project off-course, it's "when".
I know that I was one of the last to be interviewed, so hopefully I don't have too long to wait to find out.
Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI hope the third time is the charm! Good luck!
