In other news, I'm going to be helping S out on our 3rd round of homebrew. This time we're doing a Kolsch. We brought S's latest Pale Ale (almost an IPA) to the homebrew store and had them taste it. They said it came out like it's supposed to. That's a huge improvement over the highly un-drinkable first batch. He's a little puffed up because the guy at the store likened it to a Stone IPA.
It's nice to have a whole weekend at home. I feel like I'm decompressing from the ski season.
That's so funny. We have a Kolsch fermenting right now along with an IPA. Congrats on making a Stone-like beer and moving up one spot!
